Letting Fee Information

All fees are inclusive of VAT

Tenants will be required to pay the following charges (where applicable):

• Rent as agreed on the tenancy agreement.
• A refundable tenancy deposit capped at no more than five weeks’ rent where the annual rent is less than £50,000, or six weeks’ rent where the total annual rent is £50,000 or above.
• A refundable holding deposit to reserve a property capped at no more than one week’s rent.
• Changes to tenancies will be charged at a capped amount of £50 inc VAT.
• Early termination charge will not exceed the landlord’s financial losses.
• For utilities, communication services, TV license and council tax etc, it is the tenants’ responsibility to inform the relevant parties of the start of their tenancy.
• Loss of keys will be charged at a reasonable cost to replace or the tenants have an option to purchase the keys themselves.
